Rental Policy
Rental Agreement:
To make a valid rental reservation, applicants must agree to all the
terms and conditions of this Rental Agreement. They must make a $100
Reservation Down Payment online.(This amount is part of the rent and
will be deducted from the rental balance.) Applicants will recieve the
Reservation Confirmation Email in 24 hours after we receive the form and
payment.
Payment ------
1. The Reservation Down Payment of $100.00 is required on Rental
Reservation. This amount is also part of the rent and will be deducted
from the rental balance. However, we will not make refund if the
reservation is cancelled.
2. The Rental Balance (total rent plus shipping fee if required,
subtract $100.00 of the Reservation Down Payment) is due no later than
30 days prior to the event date to ensure on time delivery. The rental
balance will be refunded fully if the reservation is cancelled no later
than 14 days prior to the event date. We will not refund this amount if
the customers cancel the reservation after 14 days prior to the event
date.
3. A refundable Security Deposit is required for all rentals. The amount
EQUALS the total rent and is due no later than 30 days prior to the
event date. We will make full refund of this amount right after the
rental items are returned at no loss or damage. The late return fee will
be deducted from the refund amount if late return is occurred. Full
replacement cost will be deducted from the refund amount if there is any
item lost or damaged upon return.
Delivery and Pick-up ------
We deliver the rental items to our customers 1-3 days before the event
date. We ship the rental items to anywhere in the continental United
States by the USPS, the UPS or FedEx. Customers are responsible for the
shipping cost which is usually calculated by the items weight and size.
The shipping tracking number is sent to customer right after the items
are picked up by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible to
arrange delivery reception and sign on delivery if required. Customers
are responsible to check immediately the delivered items, its color and
its quantity. If there is any difference between the items you received
and the items you reserved, please contact us as soon as possible. Any
problem caused by the shipping and handling might be resolved in 48
hours, but it's mostly impossible to be resolved in 24 hours.
Returning of Rental Items ------
The rental items are required to be shipped for returning in 3 days
after the event date. Or they can be dropped off in 3 days after the
event date to the address they are picked up (shipped from). There is no
need to launder the items before returning. However, all items must be
dry and free of food and debris prior to packing. We really appreciate
your kindness if the items are folded neatly before packing. Any item
packaged damp is subject to mildew which could incur replacement costs.
It is imperative that all rental items must be returned in a timely
manner, or late return fee will be charged. We will charge late return
fee of 10% of the total rent per day if items are not returned on time
according to the agreement. All rental items must be returned in the
same quantity and condition as when customer receives them in (i.e., no
tears, rips, holes or wax stains). Full replacement cost will apply to
any item that is lost or damaged upon return. Replacement cost is 3
times the rental price for each item.
